About This Video
The future of solar energy is in light-weight, inexpensive, unbreakable, readily accessible materials. With the help of Randy Gee and Alison Mason, SkyFuel reinvented the technology and design of solar collectors when they developed a reflective film called ReflecTech, which lines the solar trough and is made with silver to optimally reflect the sun. The idea is to generate electricity on a very large scale for utility-size solar power plants. It's a renewable energy source that can be harvested efficiently and cleanly, the technology is in place and ready to be implemented, and it will undoubtedly create many new jobs for the labor force.
