About This Video
In this proposal unveiled at the Policy Greenhouse at The George Washington University, Josh Lasky suggests that every secondary student who has yet to make the decision to purchase a car receive a bike and helmet complete with training on safety, maintenance, and biking locations in the Washington area. Through an infusion of bicycles onto D.C. roads and trails, the city could reduce the impact of transportation on environment while improving connectivity and childhood health.
